Using the process internally, we discovered what was wrong with our offer...

And then, we tested our new offer and saw that the new offer performed a lot better.
Being a curious and skeptical scientist, my next question was...

We did a beta test of this challenge in December 2021, and the response was incredibly positive.
We then took all the feedback from all participants and applied it to our theory, relaunched the challenge in February (2022), and got 120 participants from 16 different countries!
