Do you have an amazing product or service that you know helps solve an important problem?
But for some reason... 

The people or organizations that could benefit MOST from your product/ service are not buying...

And you are wondering ... Why are they not buying?

This is a question I have asked myself many times, 

I had developed great products & services that I knew could help people and organizations...

And it has caused many sleepless nights and a lot of frustration...

So, I started thinking about HOW best to find an answer to this question,

The question ... “Why are my dream customers - the ones that could benefit MOST from my products & services - not buying my amazing product or service?

And as with most breakthroughs, I realized the answer is very simple
And hidden in plain sight..
My name is Dr. Alan Barnard
For my Ph.D., I developed a 5-step decision-making process that can help anyone make better, faster decisions. 
Steps 1 and 2 were designed to understand WHY the decision is so challenging and easy to get wrong, while Steps 3 and 4 were designed to develop new win:win options. 
And the last step is testing the new win:win solution with an experiment.
For the past decade, we’ve successfully tested this decision-making method in a wide range of applications - from strategy decisions faced by CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, to young people struggling with the decision about how to deal with bullying or thoughts of self-harm. Our conclusion - the method helps to avoid the most common decision mistakes.

So here was my ah-ha moment, the answer that was hidden in plain sight...  

Why can’t we use the same proven 5-step decision-making process, and apply it to analyzing why our dream customers are not buying - the ones we believe would benefit most from our products and services, but have not decided to buy yet…

I immediately tested this hypothesis internally with my own team to discover...
  • If it could help us understand why our dream customers are not buying when we know that our product & service can help them? 
  • By understanding why they are not buying, can we discover how we could change our offer to create an irresistible offer for our dream customers?
The outcome was really insightful and very encouraging…

Using the process internally, we discovered what was wrong with our offer... 

We then applied changes to our offer - that we had discovered while using the process...

And then, we tested our new offer and saw that the new offer performed a lot better. 

Being a curious and skeptical scientist, my next question was... 
Could this work for any company offering any product or service in any market?"

We did a beta test of this challenge in December 2021, and the response was incredibly positive.

We then took all the feedback from all participants and applied it to our theory, relaunched the challenge in February (2022), and got 120 participants from 16 different countries! 

The feedback from everyone made us even more excited about our new method of developing irresistible offers.

What is the time commitment?

There will be five daily calls of 90 minutes each, 60 minutes presentation, 30 minutes for Q&A.
You will be given a workbook with all the steps and different questions to help you better understand YOUR dream customers and improve your offer.
It might take a TOTAL of 90 minutes to complete the entire workbook (depending on the complexity of your product/service)
